Chapter 1 General Provisions Article 1 (Objective) The purpose of this Agreement is to define the use conditions and procedure of all services provided by the Sejonghakdang website (hereinafter, “The Site”), and right, obligation, responsibility and other necessary matters between the users and our site. Article 2 (Representation and amendment of the Agreement) 1. The Site shall post the content of this Agreement, address, name of administrator, name of the person in charge of privacy policy, contact information (telephone, fax, e-mail address, etc.) on the initial service screen (front) of the Site to allow users to understand it. 2. The Site may amend this Agreement within the range not to breach the Regulation of Standardized Contracts Act, the Framework Act on Electronic Commerce, the Digital Signature Act, the Act on Promotion of Information and Communications Network Utilization and Information Protection, etc., the Act on Door-to-door Sales, etc., and the Consumer Protection Act. 3. In case the Site amend this Agreement, the application date and reason shall be presented on the initial screen of the Site from seven days before the application date until the prior date of the application date with this Agreement. 4. The Site will provide you with service on the condition that you agree on this Agreement, and if you agree on the contents of this Agreement, the provision activities of the services of the Site and using activities of the services shall be subject to this Agreement preferentially. 5. Your consent to this Agreement shall mean that you agree to the confirmation on the changes in this Agreement by regularly visiting the Site. The Site shall not be responsible for the losses of the users occurred by not knowing the information on the changes in this Agreement. 6. If any members do not agree on the changes in this Agreement, they may request withdrawal (termination). If they continue to use the services not expressing refusal seven days after the effective date of the changed Agreement, it shall be considered that they agree to the changes in the Agreement. 7. The matters not specified in this Agreement shall be regulated by the Framework Act on Telecommunications, Regulations of Korea Internet Safety Commission, Code of conduct on telecommunication, Computer Programs Protection Act and Other related laws and regulations. Article 3 (Definitions) The definitions of terminologies used in this Agreement are as follows: 1. User: The person who receive the service provided by the Site in accordance with this Agreement. 2. User’s agreement: The agreement concluded between the Site and users in regard to the service usage. 3. Sign-up: The activity to fill out the application form provided by the Site with related information, and concluded the service user’s agreement by agreeing on this Agreement. 4. Member: The person who is registered by providing personal information necessary for sign-up at the Site, and who can use information and service of the Site. 5. Electronic mail address (ID): It means the electronic mail address selected by the user and granted by the Site to identify the user and use the service. 6. Password (PW): The combination of texts and numeric numbers selected by the users to identify whether the user is same person with the registered member and protect personal information on the network. 7. Withdrawal (termination): It means the activity to terminate the user’s agreement by the member 8. The terminologies not defined by this Agreement shall be defined by separate agreement and usage regulations for individual service. Chapter 2 Conclusion and Termination of User’s Agreement Article 4 (Conclusion of User’s Agreement) 1. The user’s agreement establishes the acceptance of using the Site against the consent to the user’s agreement and application to use the Site. 2. The consent to this user’s agreement shall be represented by pushing ‘I Agree’ button on the Site when applying the usage. Article 5 (Sign-up and withdrawal) 1. Sign-up shall be completed when the applicants finishing the sign-up by recording requirements by the application form provided by the Site. 2. The Site may cancel the sign-up for the members who fall under any of the following: 1) In case of applying by using others’ name; 2) In case of providing false information in the application form or falsely applying; 3) In case of applying for the purpose of impeding public peace, order or public morals of the society; 4) In case of interrupting others’ service use or stealing the information; 5) In case of breaching any laws by using the Site or conducting activities prohibited by this Agreement, and 6) In case the requirement for sign-up specified by the Site is unfulfilled. 3. In case of any of the following, the Site may hold on the conclusion of the user’s agreement until the reason is resolved: 1) In case the capacity related to service is insufficient, and 2) In case there is any technical problem. 4. The services provided by the Site are as follows, and the services specified as below may be changed and provided after notifying the changes to users: 1) Services developed by the Site or provided through other institutes. 5. In the event that there are any changes in the registered information, the member shall promptly notify the changes to the Site by the method including revision of member information. 6. You may withdraw (terminate) your membership anytime after signing up if there is any reason including that you don’t want to receive the service provided by the Site. Article 6 (Granting of user ID and changes, etc.) 1. The Site shall grant user ID to customers pursuant to the Agreement. 2. The user ID is basically unchangeable. If any user wants to change due to inevitable reason, such ID shall be terminated and the user sign up again. (need to be confirmed) 3. If any of the following applies, the user ID may be changed upon the request of the user or the company: 1) Since the user ID is registered as telephone number of resident registration number of the user, it is concerned that the privacy may be invaded; 2) In case the user ID makes others feel nauseated or it is destructive to the fine customs, and 3) In case there is any other good reasons. 4. The responsibility of managing use ID and password is on the user. The user shall be responsible for the losses occurred due to negligent care or misuse by the third party, and the Site shall never be responsible for that. 5. Other matters in respect to the management and changes in personal information of the users shall be subject to the policies of the Site. Article 7 (Consent to using member information) 1. The privacy policy of the Site shall be applied to the protection of your personal information. 2. The member information of the Site is collected, used , managed and protected as follows. 1) Collection of personal information: The Site collects your information through the information provided by your when you sign up the Site. 2) Using personal information: The Site shall not disclose nor distribute your personal information collected in regard to the service of the Site to the third party without your consent. However, in case any government agency requires pursuant to laws like the Telecommunication Basic Act, any request for the purpose of investigation on crime is received, the Korea Internet Safety Commission requests, any request pursuant to the procedures specified in the related laws and regulations is received, or you voluntarily disclose your personal information you provided to the Site, it shall not apply. 3) Management of personal information: You may amend/delete your personal information any time through the personal information management menu of the service to protect and manage the personal information. You also may change/adjust the received information if you think it is unnecessary. 4) Protection of personal information: Your personal information shall be viewed/amended/deleted by only you, and it is absolutely managed by your ID and password. Therefore, you shall not give your ID and password to others, and you shall log out when finishing your work and close the window of web browser. (This is required to protect your information in case you use a computer in public spaces like internet café or public library where you share the computer.) 3. If you apply the service use to the Site in accordance with this Agreement, it will be considered that you agree that the Site collects and use the member information written on the application pursuant to this Agreement. Article 8 (Information security by users) 1. From the moment when you finish the sign-up procedure of the service, you will be responsible for maintaining secret of the information you entered, and you will be responsible for all results occurred from using the ID and password. 2. You will be responsible for everything in regard to the management of the ID and password, and if you find out the fact that your ID and password are misused, you shall report the Site immediately. You shall be responsible for everything occurred due to not reporting. 3. Users shall disconnect (log-out) the service whenever they finish using the service of the Site, and if any damage and loss occurs as a result of stealing your information since you don’t disconnect (log-out), the Site shall not be responsible for that. Chapter 3 Services Article 9 (Service hours) 1. The service hours shall be basically opened 365 days a year and 24 hours a day unless there is any special work or technical problem of the Site. 2. The day or hours designated by the Site for the necessity of regular check-up shall be exceptional from the service hours specified in the Paragraph 1. Article 10 (Service suspension and notification for the suspension) 1. If your message stored at the Site or transferred through the Site and other communication message is not stored or deleted, or not transferred and other communication data is lost due to national emergency, power failure, service facility trouble out of the range of the Site and other force majeure, the Site shall not be responsible for that. 2. In case the Site has to suspend the service temporarily due to difficulty of providing the normal service, the Site may suspend the service after notifying the reason of suspension and date on the homepage one week before the suspension, and the Site shall not be responsible for any damage occurred because you don’t recognize the notification. If there is any inevitable reason, such prior notice period may be reduced or omitted. Moreover, if your message stored at the Site or transferred through the Site and other communication message is not stored or deleted, or not transferred and other communication data is lost due to the service suspension, the Site shall not be responsible thereof. 3. If the Site has to stop the service permanently due to the circumstances of the Site, it shall be pursuant to the Paragraph 2. Provided, however, that the prior notice period shall be one month in this case. 4. The Site may amend, change and suspend the service temporarily after the prior notice, and you or the third party shall not claim compensation to the Site thereof. 5. The Site may suspend the service temporarily without advance notice due to inevitable reason including urgent system check-up, enlargement and replacement, and the Site may completely stop the current service by the reason which the Site determine that it is appropriate such as the replacement to new service. 6. The Site may partially limit or suspend the whole or partial service if it cannot provide normal services due to national emergency situation, power failure, service facility problem or congested usage of the service. Provided, however, that the reason and period shall be published to the users before or after the event thereof. 7. The Site cannot post an advance notice in case of service interruption due to the reason which the Site cannot control (disk error without intended fault of the system administrator, system breakdown, etc.), and the Site shall not notice in case others (Internet service provider, infrastructure communication company, etc.) commit intended fault. 8. The Site may divide the services by specific scope and designate available hours by each scope. Provided, however, that the contents will be published. 9. The Site may limit and suspend the service use, or terminate the Agreement without your consent if you commit any activities which breach this Agreement. In this case, the Site may prohibit the user’s connection to the Site. Article 11 (Information and advertisement) 1. The Site may provide various information to you through homepage, electronic mail or post mail in the course of operating the service. 2. The Site may post advertisement which is appropriate for the services or beneficial to public. Article 12 (Management and operation of the postings on the Site) 1. The rights on the contents of the postings posted by you shall be yours. 2. The Site shall reserve the right to edit or move the postings without advance notice, and may delete them without prior notice in case of any of the followings:. 1) If any postings violate this Agreement, or in case such postings are determined to be commercial, lewd or vulgar; 2) In case the postings abuse other members or the third party, or defame others’ reputation; 3) In case such postings obstruct public order and fine customs; 4) In case such postings are connected to criminal activities; 5) In case such postings infringe the copyright of the third party, and 6) In case the postings violate other related laws. 3. The civil and criminal obligation occurred from your posting’s infringement of the copyright owned by others shall be fully your responsibility. Article 13 (Service use limitation) 1. If the information provided by you is confirmed that it is false information, or if there is any reason to suspect that it is false information, the Site may suspend the service use in whole or in part, and the Site shall not be responsible for any disadvantage which may be occurred due to this. 2. In case you commit activities breaching this Agreement including the Article 15 (Obligation of members), the Site may discretionally limit and suspend the service use. In this case, the Site may prohibit your connection to the Site. Chapter 4 Obligation and responsibility Article 14 (Obligation of the Site) 1. The Site shall not conduct activities prohibited by laws and this Agreement, or which is against fine customs, and the Site is obliged to make efforts to provide the services continuously and stably. 2. The Site shall not divulge nor distribute the personal information of members without consent of the member. However, if related government agencies require pursuant to the related laws such as telecommunication laws, it shall not apply. 3. The Site shall have a security system to protect personal information (including credit information) of the users and allow the users to use the services. 4. The Site shall not be responsible for the service use problem due to the users’ fault. Article 15 (Obligation of members) 1. The information required upon sign-up shall be accurately entered. Moreover, the information already provided shall be maintained and renewed to become accurate, and the members shall not allow others to use the members’ ID and password. 2. The members shall not conduct any commercial activities by using the services without prior consent of the Site. 3. The members shall not copy, replicate, amend, translate, publish the information obtained by using the services of the Site, nor use it by other method including broadcasting, nor provide it to others without prior consent of the Site. 4. The members shall not conduct any of the following activities in regard to the service use of the Site: 1) Activities to steal and misuse the password and ID of other members; 2) Activities to transfer, post, publish, or transfer by electronic mail or other methods the contents which is vulgar, lewd, insulting, threatening or violating others’ privacy; 3) Activities to disguise the source of contents transferred through the service; 4) Activities to transfer the contents through posting, publishing, electronic mail or other methods, which cannot be used upon laws and agreement; 5) Activities to post, publish, or transfer any contents which infringe patent, trademark, business secret, copyright, and other intellectual property right through electronic mail or other methods; 6) Activities to post, publish, or transfer advertisement, leaflets, spam mail, letter of fortune, pyramid organization and other type of requests which are not approved by the Site through electronic mail or other methods; 7) Activities to collect or save other users’ personal information; 8) Activities for the purpose of crime or related to criminal activities ; 9) Activities to hurt fine customs or other social order; 10) Activities to defame or insult others’ reputation; 11) Activities to infringe the rights including others’ intellectual property right; 12) hacking or distribution of computer viruses; 13) Activities to continuously transfer constant contents such as advertisement against the others’ intention. 14) Activities to impede or which is possible to impede safe operation of the service; 15) Activities to change any information posted on the Site, and 16) Activities to violate the Article 53 Paragraph 1 of the Telecommunications Business Act, and the Article 16 of the Enforcement Decree of the Telecommunications Business Act (dangerous communication). Chapter 5 Others Article 16 (Ownership of the Site) 1. The Site reserves the right to have services provided by the Site, software necessary to provide the service, intellectual property right related to image, mark, logo, design, service name, information and trademark, and other rights. 2. You shall not revise, rent, lease, sell, distribute, produce, assign, re-license, and pledge each property in whole or in part, nor use it commercially, nor allow the third party to conduct these activities unless the Site clearly approves the activity. Article 17 (Prohibition of transfer) The members shall not transfer nor give the service use right and other position in the Agreement, and shall not provide it as collateral. Article 18 (Damage Compensation) The Site shall not be responsible for any damage occurred to the members in respect to the service provided for free unless the Site intentionally commits criminal activities. Article 19 (Indemnification) 1. The Site shall be exempted from the obligation to provide the services in case the Site cannot provide the service due to natural disaster, war and other force majeure similar to this. 2. The Site shall be exempted from the responsibility for the damage occurred because the infra communication service company interrupts the service or does not provide normal service. 3. The Site shall be exempted from the responsibility for the damage occurred due to inevitable reasons such as repair, replacement, regular check-up and construction, etc. 4. The Site shall not be responsible for the damage occurred due to the computer error of the user, or insufficient provision of personal information and electronic mail address by the member. 5. The Site has no obligation to confirm or represent any opinion or information expressed by the services, and the Site does not oppose nor amend the opinion expressed by the members or the third party. The Site shall not be responsible for any benefits or damages occurred by relying on the information contained in the service. 6. The Site shall not be responsible for goods transaction or monetary transactions with the services between members or between members and the third parties, and the Site shall not be responsible for any benefits that members expect when using the services. 7. The Site shall not be responsible for any benefits that you expect in using the services, or damages occurred due to the materials obtained through the services, and the Site shall not guarantee the contents information, materials, and reliability of the fact posted by members on the service. 8. The Site shall not be responsible for any damages by your intentional fault among damages occurred to you in using the services. 9. The Site shall not guarantee the accuracy, completeness and quality of the services provided by subscribers or related institutes other than services provided by the Site. Therefore, the Site shall not be responsible for any losses or damages occurred in using the services. Moreover, the Site shall not be obliged to compensate the psychological damage of the users suffered by other users while using the services. Article 20 (Competent courts) If any lawsuit is raised in regard to dispute of this Agreement, the Seoul District Court shall have a jurisdiction. Provisional clauses 1. (Effective date) This Agreement shall be effective from Oct. 9, 2009.

1. The purpose of collecting and using personal information - Identification to use the membership service; - Delivery of notice, verification of user’s intention, securing path of proper communication; - Introduction of new information; - Demographic analysis data (Analysis of users by age, gender and area) - Provide data necessary for partner companies to take action to provide customized service and additional services; - Count the frequency of connection to the Site; - Statistics for using services; - Web services and event planning which meet interests of customers; - Operate a space where customers participate in, and - Customer survey 2. Items of personal information to be collected The personal information of members shall be held and used during the period when the service is provided. If you withdraw from the Site, the personal information collected will be destructed that the information cannot be viewed or used. However, if it is necessary to keep the information upon the regulations of related laws, it shall be preserved pursuant to relevant laws. - Name, Birth date, electronic mail address, password, address, telephone number, mobile phone number 3. Storage and usage period of personal information If the customers request to view personal information held by us upon consent of the members, we will take an action for customers to view and confirm. - Identification information (name, birth date, e-mail address, password) is stored after withdrawal.
